Outer Banks Wedding - Alyson & Bertrand - April 23, 2010

It's crazy to think that it's only May 12th, and we already have 7 weddings under our belt this season. Time is sailing by, and we've already shot some amazing days. Chad and I were just talking about realizing and really being aware of what we are a part of every single time we head off "to work." Our work days are people's most important days of their lives. Put into perspective and reminded of this, I am always rejuvenated with energy and passion for my work.

Alyson and Bertrand's wedding was especially inspiring. Two families, or should I say three, came together on the Outer Banks to watch the couple say yes! Bertrand has his biological family from somewhere in the eastern part of the world (can't remember the exact country) and he has his "American" family who he lived with while here in the states. Many family members met for the first time during their wedding week, and it was touching to see their unconditional acceptance and welcoming of each other. Just look at what love can create!

I promise this is the last time I'll say this, but Alyson, look at that dress!!! And Bertrand, nice model moves! Their wedding took place at a Brindley Beach event home, catering by Argyle's. Enjoy!
